⚠️ Issue 1: Unstable Readings
Cause: Uneven surface or low battery
Fix: Use a flat, vibration-free counter. Replace batteries every 6 months.
⚠️ Issue 2: Auto-Off Too Soon
Cause: Factory setting
Fix: Use models with configurable shut-off (available in SSWS Pro Series)
⚠️ Issue 3: Scale Shows "ERR" or Doesn’t Tare
Cause: Overloaded, or Tare button error
Fix: Avoid overloading, clean buttons gently with isopropyl alcohol
⚠️ Issue 4: Calibration Issues
Fix:
Use standard 1kg or 2kg test weights
